The Cottages are a great alternative to the usual cramped motel room or inn. They are conveniently located adjacent to Saratoga's free Hobo Hot Springs and only a few feet from the Blue Ribbon trout waters of the beautiful Upper North Platte River. |
Our goal is to provide our guests a very comfortable place to relax after a hard day of fun in the out of doors. The River Cottages are remodeled homes, beautifully decorated and designed with the sportsman in mind. Outdoor patios, plenty of hooks inside and out for your gear, mud room, barbeque grills, and plenty of room inside to stretch out and enjoy your bed, bath, satellite TV, gas fireplace and complete kitchens.

Cottage Descriptions
Cottage #1 - A two bedroom home with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. There is also a futon in the living room. New laminate flooring and paint throughout, as well as new tile in the bathroom. Will sleep four people comfortably. (4 people max!). There is a gas fireplace in the living room, along with satellite TV. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots, fridge, stove and microwave. The outside is fully fenced in and has an outside deck with patio furniture and a gas barbecue grill.

Cottage #2 - A one bedroom home with a queen bed, along with a full size futon in the living room and a single size futon in the dining room. Will sleep 3-4 people comfortably. (4 people max). It has a gas fireplace in the living room with satellite TV. There is a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, fridge, stove and microwave. Outside patio with furniture and gas grill - mature trees and lawn, not fully fenced.

Suite - A one bedroom suite with a queen bed and a single sofa sleeper in the living room. Will sleep 2 people comfortably (2 people max). The suite has a mud room , private bath, living room with a small fridge, coffee pot, desk and satellite TV. The outside has a deck with a swing.

Pet Deposit: There will be a $10 non-refundable deposit for each pet. A maximum of two pets please!!!
Cancellation Policy:
Cottages has a 72 hour cancellation policy. If a room is cancelled within that 72 hours, the customer will forfeit 25% of their entire stay with us. Cancellations outside of 72 hours are fine, and no penalties or money will be taken.
